Administrator - User type with universal editing capabilities.
Agent - User type with ability to edit expert profiles assigned to him/her.
Custom Inquiry Types - There are (8) different inquiry types you may use on the contact page. To select the inquiry types that you would like to show, go to the "Settings" tab and click "Customize Inquiries".
Dashboard - Central location where analytics, inquiries and editing features are located. The first place an administrator is taken to after signing in.
Editor - Location in dashboard where changes/updates can be made to an expert profile and more.
Embed Builder - The tool that allows you to customize the look and feel of the Expert Center on your website. The Embed Builder can be accessed by clicking the "</>" button on the bottom left side of the dashboard.
Expert - An individual (typically a thought leader in their respective field) whose profile is being displayed in the Expert Center.
Expert Category - Categories allows you to group your experts. The categories will show up as a filter on your Expert Center making it easier for them to be found.
Expert Center - The organization profile that houses all of the individual expert profiles.
Headline - The expert's introductory line, consisting of 140 characters. This section shows up before the biography.
Inquiry - An inbound request to connect with an expert. All inquiries have an automatic email sent to the specified recipient, and also show up in the Dashboard under the "Inquiries" tab.
License - An available expert profile. One license equals one profile.
Media - Videos, pictures, slides, audio files, books, documents that can be added to the expert profile.
Media Appearance - A mention in a professional source (ie. article)
Portfolio - The location in the profile editor where media assets can be added to expert profiles. Either desktop assets can be added, or straight through connectors to YouTube, Vimeo, Slideshare and Amazon.
Private Profile - Expert profiles that are not searchable, do not show up in the Expert Center, and need an access code to view.
Spotlight - A form of "newsjacking" which allows you to tie in your experts to the current news cycle.
Tags - Is another form of expert classification, similar to the Categories feature, however unlike Categories, it is used for more temporary purposes.
Unpublished - Expert profiles that have been 'turned off' from public view.
